Brief Description: "Han (Hän) is a moribund Athabaskan language spoken in the village of EAgle, Alaska, and in Dawson City, Yukon Territory. Of the total Alaskan Han population of about 50 people, perhaps 12 speak the language. In Dawson City only a handful of fluent speakers remain. Han is closely related to Gwich'in, and some older speakers make use of Archdeacon McDonald's Tukudh (Eastern Gwich'in) Bible (1886) and prayer book."
