Brief Description: The language of a hieroglyphic Mesoamerican script deciphered in 1993 by John S. Justeson and Terrence Kaufman. It was spoken in the modern Mexican states of Veracruz, Tabasco, Chiapas, and Oaxaca and was used ca. 100 BC - 200 AD.
